Draft for Comera's approval. The full notice is adapted from the group's approved privacy policy before launch. This page sets out what this store does with personal data so far.

Who we are

If you book a course

We use your name, email address and (for organisations) billing details to take your booking, send your confirmation and invoices, and run the course. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see card details. If you buy a subscription run by a partner (such as Wibbi exercise software), we pass your name, email address, organisation and order details to that partner so they can set up your account and bill you from then on.

If someone booked you on a course

The person who booked gave us your name and email address. We use them only to send your joining details, run the course and issue your certificate - never for marketing.

If you send us an enquiry

We use your details only to answer it, and delete the enquiry after a year.

Certificates

If you pass, your certificate's details (name, course, dates, number) are kept so anyone you show it to can check it is genuine, using the number and your surname.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: your basket, your sign-in, security, and your choice of price display. No analytics or advertising cookies.
