In short

Booking for yourself: you can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, as long as the course hasn't started. Booking for an organisation: you can name a different person for a place at any time; bookings are otherwise non-refundable. If a course is cancelled, you get a full refund.

Who you're buying from

Comera Movement Science Ltd, company number 03854711, VAT GB749322713, Origin Workspace, 40 Berkeley Square, Bristol BS8 1HP. Courses are delivered by the Comera company named on each course, or by its accredited tutors and licensed partners.

Prices

Prices include VAT unless shown as a business price. The VAT charged depends on your country and is confirmed before you pay.

Cancelling - if you're booking for yourself

You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund. If you ask us to start a course within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay for what has been provided. eLearning can't be cancelled once you've started it, if you asked for immediate access.

Booking for an organisation

You can name a different person for a place at any time. Bookings are otherwise non-refundable.

If a course is cancelled

You get a full refund.

Certificates

Certificates are issued to people who complete and pass the course, and can be checked online.
